Cemergy was founded and is led by Javier Peraza and Luis García, consultants and executives with over 25 years of international experience in the industrial and energy sectors. 

Javier has held leadership positions at McKinsey (USA), Bain & Company (Spain), as well as at leading industrial companies such as CEMEX and PDVSA. He has led multiple successful transformations and integrations in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. He works directly with clients, assembling expert teams and involving himself in execution to ensure results.

 

Luis is a seasoned executive and international consultant with over 25 years of experience leading strategic, financial, and operational initiatives in the industrial, construction, and investment sectors. He has held senior leadership roles at prominent organizations such as Cemex and Kusto Group.
